Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and selected countries within Europe.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Insured shipping costs €9.99 for up to 9.99kg, €12.99 for 10kg-19.99kg and €14.99 for 29kg-31kg.

Deliveries in Europe Zones 1 & 2 in the EU.

The shipping costs in zones 1 & 2 are 19.99 euros per package for up to 9.99kg. Between 10kg-19.99kg 29.99€ . And for 20kg-31kg 39.99€.

Countries Zone 1: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria.

Countries in Zone 2: Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City.

International deliveries in Zone 1 (not EU) & 3

The shipping costs to European countries in Zones 2 (not EU) & 3 are €29.99 for up to 9.99kg, €39.99 for 10kg-19.99kg and €49.99 for 20kg-31kg.

Countries in Zone 3: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus

Countries Zone 3 Non-EU: Norway

Countries Zone 1 Non-EU: Switzerland, Liechtenstein.

delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
